Guidelines for Bluebeam’s Internal Swag Webshop 

Welcome to the Bluebeam Swag Webshop. In this store you can order Bluebeam branded products for your team, customers and resellers. 

How to order
1. Make sure you have written approval from your local Marketing Manager before ordering. If you

don’t, the invoice will be allocated to your team/department.

2. Add your items to the basket.

3. Please note that some products have a minimum quantity and are sold in bundles. Example: Pens are sold in a bundle of 10 EA.

4. When checking out: 

     a. Under “Payment method”: Unless you are ordering or someone else, please select the country where you are located in order to receive an invoice to your business entity. If you are unsure which business entity you belong to, please ask your local Marketing Manager. 

    b. Add your full name, company name and email.

    c. Add your delivery address. 
          i. Someone needs to be present in person at the address. 
         ii. The delivery hours are 8am - 4pm. 
         iii. A phone number for the delivery contact is mandatory.

5. When you have placed your order you will get an order confirmation sent to your inbox. If your order was approved by Marketing, please forward your confirmation to your local Marketing Manager. 

Delivery time 

Please allow for 5 business days for all European orders if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, please contact Nerissa Tong, ntong@bluebeam.com, on the International Marketing team to request additional stock. Most in-stock orders can be delivered even quicker depending on your location but please plan ahead in order to avoid expensive delivery charges.

Payment terms 

After delivery, the invoice will be sent directly to Finance for payment. Payment details cannot be changed after purchase so please make sure you select the correct business entity. The shipping cost will only be included on the invoice. If you need an estimate ahead of ordering, please speak to your local Marketing Manager. 

Marknadsbyrån

The webshop is delivered by Marknadsbyrån, a complete solution provider for printed materials. Marknadsbyrån is based in Linköping, Sweden and delivers globally with competitive prices and delivery terms. Marknadsbyrån also hosts all the Bluebeam branded stock for the international markets.
